No ads, no tracking. We don’t use cookies, analytics or advertising, and we don’t sell or share data.
Stored in your browser. Your home city, your list of cities, 12/24-hour format, work hours and the name for your time zone link are saved only in your browser (localStorage), so the site remembers your settings. They never leave your device unless you share a link. You can delete them by clearing site data in your browser.
Server logs. Like any website, our server briefly logs requests (IP address, page, time and browser type) for security and to fix errors. Logs are deleted after 14 days. Legal basis: legitimate interest (GDPR art. 6(1)(f)).
Ask the clock. Questions you type are sent to our server to be answered and are not stored.
To understand the question, it is processed by Anthropic and not used for training.
Share links. A time zone link contains the name you choose (for example, ?me=Thomas). Anyone with the link can see that name. Leave the name empty if you don’t want it in the link.
Hosting. The site runs on our own server in Denmark. Fonts and flags are served from our own server.
Your rights. You can ask for access, correction or deletion of data about you, and you can complain to Datatilsynet.
